Solidarity in the face of emergency
Violence, whether physical or digital, often generates sudden precariousness and a need for immediate security. Faithful to its mission of protection, PULSEAIDS created the JENNIFER FUND.
This device is exclusively dedicated to LGBTQ+ people in real danger, requiring rapid financial assistance to ensure their survival, mobility or shelter.
Conditions of Award
Eligibility: Reserved exclusively for members of the LGBTQ+ community who are victims of violence (physical or digital).
Amount of aid: An allocation ranging from 5,000 CFA francs to 100,000 CFA francs. The amount is determined after a rigorous evaluation of your file by our social commission.
Schedule: Applications for financial support are only admissible from the 1st to the 15th of each month.
Note: Outside these dates, the reporting of violence remains accessible 24 hours a day for legal, technical or psychological support.

Anonymity and Discretion: All information shared via the STOP-VBG password is processed in a secure and encrypted environment.
Professional Secret: Only authorized members of the social commission have access to your story. No data will ever be transmitted to third parties, authorities or organizations without your explicit consent.
Right to be Forgotten: In accordance with data protection rules, you can request the permanent deletion of your file at any time after processing the emergency.

How to proceed?
If you meet the conditions and we are between the 1st and the 15th of the month:

Fill out the "I denounce my executioner" form by checking the "Request for support Jennifer Fund" box.
